Let the Magic Begin!

"Let the Magic Begin!"
My apologies - I know last week I promised to run a series of entries discussing my relationship with color, line, composition, inspiration, etc... However - it's that time of year! I am busy wrapping cards, mailing off 'minis' I have had for sale  and painting as fast as I possibly can! So, I will get back to the series of entries after the elf in me slows down and the gingerbread is made.
Promise!
For now, I share my latest Christmas image, "Let the Magic Begin" which features the jolly old man flying over one of my signature gumdrop hill villages. He's been put on cards and made into prints. He's a big hit, I am happy to say!
5 1/2" square cards are available at: http://www.ivyandstone.com/

  1. I can see why he's a big hit!
Yes, it's a busy time of the year here too. Instead of searching for the perfect tree we just got back from getting snow tires put on in preparation for our long drive north (Prince George not the North Pole!) for Christmas.
